As a content specialist, I’m passionate about all things related to Digital transformation, marketing and business storytelling.
My career is a testament to the power of a "can-do" attitude, a blend of creative strategy, and a commitment to continuous learning. It began with an academic foundation in Social Sciences, including an research diploma in Cultural Studies. This taught me to deconstruct systems, understand consumer behavior, and uncover the intrinsic human motivations behind every narrative.
I applied this perspective directly in advertising industry, starting with client pitching with solid marketing strategies and copywriting. I quickly learned to manage creative teams and stakeholders, eventually rising to lead content for global brands like Haier. This experience taught me how strategy moves markets and turns a company's marketing game into a win, effectively.
The most defining period of my career, however, was my pivot to the tech industry. I joined a B2B Microsoft Gold Partner with a no marketing strategy, presence and a singular mission: build their brand from the ground up. Without a technical background, I was immersed in the world of digital transformation and had to gain product knowledge about platforms like Dynamics 365, Business Central and complex tools like LS Retail and some customised HR solutions.
I tackled this problem head-on, learning web data analytics, decoding complex matrices, and using pre-AI semantic SEO to turn a tech consultancy into a leading industry voice. This proved that my critical thinking and adaptability were my greatest assets.
Following my success in the tech sector, I further honed my skills at Middlesex University, where I facilitated and actually got hands on experience - a major (2ml) web transformation project. This involved managing the migration to a headless CMS and auditing, optimising content to boost site performance by 80%, while also reducing accessibility errors and training stakeholders on new digital best practices.
Today, I combine this unique blend of skills - from my academic training in an MSc in Digital Marketing (London) to my hands-on experience in digital content project management - to serve as a full-stack digital strategist. I believe that in today's fast-paced environment, a generalist's ability to connect the dots across disciplines is a competitive advantage. I anticipate trends, infusing every campaign with clarity, empathy, and strategic purpose.
I am more than just a content professional; I am a Digital strategist and problem-solver who can translate complexity into clarity, build organic, brand and digital strategies that stand the test of time, and create brands that are both impactful and trustworthy.
